Abstract
An electrostatic charge image developing toner includes toner particles containing a binder resin and inorganic particles that are present in a state of being embedded into the surfaces of the toner particles and being exposed, and satisfy the following expression: 20° C.≦T−T, wherein Trepresents the temperature at which the viscosity under an applied pressure of 1 MPa becomes 10Pa·s, and Trepresents the temperature at which the viscosity under an applied pressure of 10 MPa becomes 10Pa·s.
