Abstract

A lighting deviceincludes a planar light-emitting paneland a translucent materialdisposed on a light-emitting surface side of the planar light-emitting panel. The planar light-emitting panelhas a light-emitting regionA and a non-light-emitting regionB. The translucent materialhas a reflection partin a region facing the non-light-emitting regionB. Light emitted from the planar light-emitting paneland guided into the translucent materialis reflected by the reflection partand emitted to the front side of the non-light-emitting regionB. Accordingly, the front side of the non-light-emitting regionB does not become a dark section, so that it is capable of increasing the light irradiation region and giving the light irradiation surface having uniform illuminance even if the plural lighting devicesare arranged in a matrix form.
