Abstract

The invention relates to a sample device () comprising an array of reaction chambers/wells () in a titer plate () and a two-dimensional array () of thin-film-light sensor elements (), and each light-sensitive element () of the sensor array () is disposed directly underneath the individual reaction chamber () in order to detect chemical and/or biological reactions.
