Abstract

Benzodiazepine dimers having a structure represented by wherein Ris wherein the variables in formulae (I), (Ia), and (Ib) are as defined in the application. Such dimers are useful as anti-cancer agents, especially when used in an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC).
