Abstract

The invention relates to substituted 1-benzylquinoxalin-2(1H)-one analogs, which are useful as positive allosteric modulators of the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M(mAChR M); methods for making the compounds; pharmaceutical compositions; and methods of treating neurological and psychiatric disorders associated with muscarinic acetylcholine receptor dysfunction.
