Abstract
A main body () of a percutaneous administration device is formed from a resilient biodegradable resin, such as an elastomer resin or a silicone rubber, and includes a substrate () and multiple micropiles () formed on the substrate. The leading ends of each micropile () is shaped with a flat contact face (A) that stops upon the contact with the skin and does not perforate the skin. Depressed portions () are formed in the contact face (A). The depressed portions hold a functional substance () having a whitening effect, such as powdered or liquid vitamin C or provitamin C, or fine ceramic particles impregnated with vitamin C.
