Abstract

This pharmaceutical injection device comprises a main body case () that has an injection needle insertion and retraction opening (); pharmaceutical syringe mounting portion () that is provided within the main body case (); a piston () that is provided movably with respect to a pharmaceutical syringe () that is mounted to the pharmaceutical syringe mounting portion (); a drive mechanism () that drives the piston (); a controller () that is electrically connected to the drive mechanism (); and a display section () that is electrically connected to the controller (). The controller () updates the display content that is displayed on the display section () according to the number of times the drive mechanism () has been driven, and saves this updated display content in a memory (), so that when the drive mechanism () has been driven a specific number of times, the display contents during the various instances of drive that were saved in the memory () are combined.
