Abstract
Method for analysing at a remote server a problem of a home network, at the remote server which is connected through the internet with the home network, includes storing reference data of at least one home network performance parameter covering a frequency band, the reference data corresponding with a normal behaviour of the home network; obtaining, through the internet, measurement data of the at least one home network performance parameter covering the frequency band; comparing the measurement data with the reference data to determine qualification data qualifying the problem.
