Abstract

A method and a device for monitoring the number of sheets in a drying oven and a management and control system of the drying oven are disclosed. The method for monitoring comprises: acquiring sheet inlet signals and sheet outlet signals during transmission of the sheets (S), in which the sheet inlet signals include information about a number of sheets transmitted into the oven by a robot, and the sheet outlet signals include information about a number of sheets transmitted out of the oven by the robot; and calculating an actual number of sheets in the oven according to the sheet inlet signals and the sheet outlet signals (S). Moreover, the monitoring device () comprising an acquisition module () and a calculation module () is disclosed, and the management and control system of a drying oven, comprising the above device, is disclosed. The monitoring method is not affected by the alarm of the robot and the oven, is simple and accurate in counting, and has cost advantage compared with a method for sensing a sensor.
