Abstract
The invention provides an ink composition for inkjet printing, the ink composition containing water, a coloring material, a polymerizable compound, a polymerization initiator represented by the following Formula (X), and polymer particles having a glass transition temperature of 90° C. or higher, a mass ratio of the polymer particles to the polymerization initiator represented by Formula (X) being in a range of from 1:10 to 10:1 [in Formula (X), each of R, R, R, and Rindependently represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent; and n represents an integer from 1 to 4].
