Abstract

A sensor housing () includes a basic body () and two tube sections () projecting from the basic body (). At least a first one () of the tube sections has an outside thread which is interrupted in circumferential direction by at least one recessed facet (). The facet () extends—from a center plane of the first tube section () being parallel to the longitudinal axis of the second tube section ()—on at least one side of this center plane essentially perpendicularly to it.
