Abstract

The invention relates to a hydraulic apparatus () including: a casing () defining a first assembly; a shaft () defining a second assembly; said first and second assemblies being freely rotatable relative to one another; a multi-lobe cam () rotatably connected to one of said first or second assembly; a dispenser () and a dispenser cover (); a cylinder block () mounted such as to be freely rotatable relative to said first and second assemblies and including a means for rotatably engaging relative to the other of said assemblies, characterized in that the hydraulic apparatus () includes a return means for moving the cylinder block () in order to rotatably disengage same from said first or second assembly, and in that the dispenser () is configured, when applying pressure, to rotatably engage the cylinder block () relative to the other of said first or second assembly.
