Abstract
Isolated polypeptides comprising the amino acid sequence of residues 378-413 ofα-1-antitrypsyn (serpin A1c),active fragments thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising same are described. The compositions are useful for treating burns, inflammatory, autoimmune and degenerative diseases.
