Abstract
Provided is a photo-sensitive composition capable of yielding pixels having a high translucency and a large refractive index, with a less amount of development residue in the process of formation. The photo-sensitive resin composition contains an ultraviolet absorber represented by Formula (I); a photo-polymerization initiator; and a polymerizable monomer: wherein each of R, Rand Rindependently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; one of Rand Rrepresents an electron withdrawing group, and the other of Rand Rrepresents —SOR, —COR, —COR, —CN or —CONRR; each of Rand Rindependently represents a hydrogen atom, alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms or aryl group.
