Abstract
A transflective liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device are provided. The transflective liquid crystal display panel comprises a first substrate (), a second substrate () opposed to the first substrate (), and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate () and the second substrate (); the first substrate () and the second substrate () comprise a plurality of sub-pixels, and each of the sub-pixels comprises a reflective region and a transmissive region; a common electrode () is provided on the second substrate () corresponding to an entirety of the transmissive region and the reflective region, a reflective layer is provided at a side of the common electrode close to the first substrate () and at a portion corresponding to the reflective region; and the reflective layer comprises a first reflective layer () which is configured as a reflective layer and pixel electrode and a second reflective layer () is configured only to reflect light.
