Abstract
It is aimed to suppress backlash between a receptacle and a connector main body without reducing the operability of a connector connecting operation. Backlash preventing portions () project on an outer peripheral surface of a connector main body () to be fitted into a mating receptacle (). The backlash preventing portions () include circumferentially spaced front backlash preventing portions () on a front part of the connector main body () in a fitting direction into the receptacle () and circumferentially spaced rear backlash preventing portions () on a rear part of the connector main body () in the fitting direction into the receptacle (). The respective front and rear backlash preventing portions () are separated in a front-back direction without being connected to each other and are displaced from each other in the circumferential direction.
