Abstract
A safety line traveller () including a traveller body () having an open sided receiving channel () for receiving a longitudinal section of the safety line (). An occluder element () is moveable between an open position in which access into and out of the channel () via the open side is at a maximum, and a closed position in which access into and out of the channel via the open side is at a minimum. The open side of the channel () being at least partly occluded by the occluder element () in the closed position.
