Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition comprising extract of the plant. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of the composition and to the composition for the use in the treatment of viral infections, particularly caused by herpes simplex viruses (HSV). The invention further relates to a method of treating a viral infection in a mammal comprising administering to the mammal a therapeutically effective amount of the composition.
