Abstract
Provided is a fishing spinning reel in which biting or entanglement of a fishing line in components disposed inside a rotor can be prevented and with which a fine fishing operability can be provided. A fishing spinning reel includes a reel body, a rotorrotated in accordance with a rotational operation of a handleprovided on the reel body, a spoolaround which a fishing line is wound through a line guideprovided on an arm portionof the rotor, a cylindrical protection coverdisposed on a front portion of the reel bodyinside the rotorto house components disposed inside the rotor, and a fishing line stopper protruding out from an outer periphery of the protection coverin a radial direction.
