Abstract
The money handling machine (banknote depositing and dispensing machine) includes a unique-code generating unitconfigured to generate a unique code that is used for a receiver of a journal in judging whether the journal is authentic or counterfeit based on at least a part or all of the deposit information printed on the journal by a printing unit (printer). The printing unit is configured to print on the journal the unique code generated by the unique-code generating unitas well as the deposit information that is information regarding money deposited into the money handling machine.
