Abstract

The present invention relates to the polymeric reaction product of compounds according to Formula (I) and Formulae (II) or (III). Formula (I) has the following structure: where R, R, Rand Rare independently H, OH, optionally substituted Calkyl, optionally substituted Calkenyl, Caldehyde, Cacetals, Cether, and/or Cester; where optionally at least one of R, R, Rand Ris H. Formulae (II) and (III) have the following structure: where X is H or Calkyl; Y is OH or ORwhere Ris Calkyl, Caryl, Caralkyl or Ccycloalkyl; and Z is an electron-withdrawing group.
