Abstract

The present invention provides a method for processing a scheduling grant and a UE. In the present invention, a UE determines a sending manner adopted by the UE. If the sending manner is not corresponding to a first grant value obtained by the UE, the UE further determines, according to the first grant value, an obtained primary/secondary stream signal to noise ratio, and an obtained power bias of an E-DPCCH, a second grant value corresponding to the sending manner, so that the UE can determine a length of a to-be-sent data block by using the sending manner and the second grant value.
