Abstract
Systems and methods are presented for enabling improved communication between one or more communication devices such as mobile wireless devices. The present disclosure provides updatable dynamic, or active, phone book capabilities that provide a user with both contact information as well as dynamic network (web) content that can be updated by communication between a mobile device and a server. The disclosure further provides methods and systems for presence-based message delivery based on a criteria such as presence or identity of a caller or caller's device.
