Abstract
The present disclosure relates to multipurpose pliers including a pivot section (), a handle section () connected to the pivot section () on one direction, and a pair of lever sections (A,B) connected to the pivot section () on an opposite direction to the one direction, wherein the lever sections (A,B) include a split ring insertion part (), the split ring insertion part () includes a bottom support portion (B) protruding in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis (L-axis) of the multipurpose pliers at an end of a direction facing away from the pivot section on one (A) of the pair of lever sections, a tapered portion (A) extending in the perpendicular direction from top of the bottom support portion (B) and gradually narrowing to a tip, a convex forming portion (C) formed on a side surface toward the pivot section of the tapered portion (A) and the bottom support portion (B), a concave forming portion (D) formed at an end of the other (B) of the pair of lever sections to guide the convex forming portion (C) on the side surface of the bottom support portion (B) and the tapered portion (A), and a split ring retaining portion (E) formed in a concave shape on both side directions from the concave forming portion (D), a size of an upper surface of the bottom support portion (B) is larger than or equal to a size of a bottom surface of the tapered portion (A), and a gap () between rings of a split ring () are opened using the tapered portion (A).
