Abstract
Methods employing chemiluminescent agents as therapeutically active agents in the treatment of proliferative disorders are disclosed. The chemiluminiscent agents are used in the disclosed method without a therapeutically effective amount of a photosensitizer. Novel chemiluminescent agents having the general formula: are also disclosed, wherein X, Y, Z, Rand R-Rare as defined herein.
