Abstract

The invention concerns a driving tool comprising a rotating motor (), in particular, an electric motor, a gas spring () with an elastically compressible gas volume (), and a firing piston (), wherein the gas spring () can be tensioned via a tensioning device () with the motor, so as to accelerate after a release from the tensioned state the firing piston () in a firing direction, wherein at least one part of the tensioning device () is located within the gas volume of the tensioning spring.
