Abstract
Therapeutic ureido-sulfonamide compositions having compounds with the formulaR-Q-Ar—SONHare disclosed, which compounds selectively inhibit CAIX and CAXII, and which are effective to inhibit hypoxic tumor growth, suppress metastases, and impair and deplete cancer stem cells in mammals.
