Abstract
The present invention comprises the use of formulations comprising at least one pesticide and at least one co-polymer comprising (a) at least one comonomer (a) selected from the group consisting of olefins, vinylethers, vinyl pyrrolidone and styrene; and (b) at least one comonomer (b) selected from the group consisting of ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic mono and diesters, wherein the alcohol moiety of the mono- or diester has the structure of formula I wherein Ris 1,2-propylene or 2,3 propylene Ris ethylene; Ris hydrogen, branched or linear C-C, preferably C-Calkyl, phenyl, phenyl substituted with C-Calkyl, benzyl, benzyl substituted with C-Calkyl; n corresponds to a value from 0 to 140, preferably 0-50, more preferably 0-20. p corresponds to a value from 0 to 100 wherein the sum of n and p is at least 1, preferably 1-60, most preferably 5-40. in polymerized form, for increasing the systemicity of pesticides, methods for treatment of seeds, methods of improving the health of plants and methods of combating harmful insects and/or phytopathogenic fungi based on the afore-mentioned formulations.
