Abstract
The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide which is designed on the basis of a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2 and hybridizes with the endogenous plasmid gene of, oligonucleotide primer and probe for detecting, the detection method ofusing said primer and probe, and a primer for detectingof said oligonucleotide or the use to a probe design.
