Abstract
Methods of modifying, repairing, attenuating and inactivating a gene or other chromosomal DNA in a cell are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods of treating or prophylaxis of genetic disease in an individual in need thereof. Further disclosed are chimeric restriction endonucleases.
