Abstract
This disclosure relates to the use of drugs to prevent graft versus host disease (GVHD) in a subject after, before, or during a hematopoietic stem cell transplant. In certain embodiments, the drugs are antagonist of vasoactive intestinal peptide signaling. In certain embodiments, the subject has a blood or bone marrow cancer or condition.
