Abstract
The invention provides a method for producing an aromatic amide carboxylic acid derivative represented by the following Formula (2), including a step of reacting an aromatic amide halide derivative represented by the following Formula (1) with carbon monoxide. In the following Formulae (1) and (2), Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; Xrepresents a fluorine atom or a cyano group; Xrepresents a halogen atom; and n represents an integer of from 0 to 3.
