A norbornane-2-spiro-α-cycloalkanone-α'-spiro-2″-norbornane-5,5″,6,6″-tetracarboxylic dianhydride represented by the following general formula (1): wherein the formula (1), n represents an integer of 0 to 12, and Rs, R, Reach independently represents a hydrogen atom or the like.
