Abstract
Disclosed is an insulating film composition of a non-oriented electrical steel sheet. The insulating film composition of a non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to the present invention comprises a mixed metal phosphate consisting of aluminum phosphate (Al(HPO)) and cobalt phosphate (Co(HPO)), and an organic/inorganic composite consisting of epoxy resin and silica (SiO) nanoparticle substituted on the functional group of the epoxy resin.
