Abstract
A 2D code detecting unitdetects 2D codes in a document image. A 2D code decoding unitdecodes the detected plural 2D codes, and generates corresponding plural pieces of decoded data. An order identifying unitidentifies an order of the plural pieces of decoded data on the basis of an orientation of the detected plural 2D codes.
