Abstract
Green compositions and technologies are provided. In an embodiment, the present invention provides a method of providing dielectric fluids, heat transfer fluids or cooling fluids. The dielectric fluid, heat transfer fluid, or cooling fluid can comprise one or more by-product or co-product containing glyceride and fatty acid mixtures extracted from an ethanol process. In an embodiment, the present invention provides compositions of dielectric fluids, heat transfer fluids or cooling fluids.
