Abstract

In current LTE, different measurement cycles of a measurement process are set for respective measurement frequencies. A mobile communication method according to the present invention includes: a step A of a radio base station eNB notifying a mobile station UE of a measurement cycle for 'Inter-Frequency Measurement' for each measurement frequency; and a step B of the mobile station UE performing out a measurement process in each of cells #A and #B having frequencies f2 and f3 different from that of a cell #to which the mobile station UE is currently connected, on the basis of the measurement frequency and the measurement cycle for 'Inter-Frequency Measurement'.
