Abstract

There has been a need for a technology for effectively realizing a narrow frame in a flat-screen display device including a speaker. A liquid crystal television is provided with SP bosses () for attaching a speaker unit () to a bottom cover () which also serves as an appearance part. In addition, the speaker unit () is arranged onto a backlight chassis () (rear side). By arranging the speaker unit () and anchoring with a screw () so as to cause fixation holes of SP fixation portions () and holes of the SP bosses () to coincide, the speaker unit () is fixed to the bottom cover ().
