The layout processing portion (), when the authentication processing portion () has successfully authenticated the person, determines whether a layout specification image specifying a page layout is included in the photographed image, and upon determining that a layout specification image is included in the photographed image, creates a composite image by laying out one or more material images in accordance with the page layout specified by the layout specification image.
