Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) below: for which: —X represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a group NOor NH, —Rrepresents H or —CH—C≡CH, and —Rand Reach represent, independently of one another, a hydrogen atom; a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched hydrocarbon-based chain comprising from 1 to 10 carbon atoms; or an optionally substituted aryl group, and also the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, the stereoisomers thereof or mixtures of stereoisomers thereof in any proportion, in particular for use thereof as a medicament, in particular in the treatment or prevention of neurodegenerative diseases, and also the processes for the preparation thereof and the pharmaceutical compositions comprising same.
