A multi-core cableincludes plural shielded electric wiresfor signal transmission. The plural shielded electric wiresare bundled so as to make contact with the adjacent shielded electric wires, and sheathsof the plural shielded electric wiresare respectively removed at the same position in the length direction, and outer conductorsof the plural shielded electric wiresat the position at which the sheathsare removed are bundled by a metal wireand the bundled portion is soldered and fastened.
