Abstract

A hierarchical wearable processing unit (HWPU) () for WPUs () is described. According to an implementation of the present subject matter, the HWPU () may include a plurality of hierarchies (). Each hierarchy () from amongst the plurality of hierarchies () is determined for a particular performance and power consumption. Further, the HWPU () may include a plurality of hosts (). One or more hosts () from amongst the plurality of hosts () are associated with each of the plurality of hierarchies () based on the particular performance and power consumption of each of the hierarchies (). Furthermore, the HWPU () may include a control unit () to configure each of the plurality of hierarchies () with functionalities based on allocation of dedicated hardware resources.
