Abstract
In order to compensate for variation in output of sensor elements, there is provided a compensating resistorthat has a resistance value reflected by correction information. The resistoris connected in parallel with a VS cellthrough paired electrode leadsandand paired electrode padsand. The paired electrode leadsandare placed at a position electrically isolated from solid electrolyte substratesand
