Abstract
A lighting filmincludes a base memberwhich has light-transmitting properties, a plurality of protrusion portionswhich have light-transmitting properties and are formed on one surface of the base memberso as to be adjacent to each other, and a gap portionwhich is formed between the protrusion portions.
