Abstract

A lighting filmincludes a base memberwhich has light-transmitting properties, a plurality of protrusion portionswhich have light-transmitting properties and are formed on one surface of the base memberso as to be adjacent to each other, and a gap portionwhich is formed between the protrusion portions. In the protrusion portion, a first end surfaceon the base memberside or a second end surfaceon an opposite side to the base memberis configured as a light incidence end surface, and a side surfacewhich comes into contact with the gap portionis configured as a reflective surface of totally reflecting light which is incident from the light incidence end surface. The base memberor a member that is formed on one surface of the base memberand has light-transmitting properties is exposed in the gap portion
