In a state where a panel unitis held at a storing angle with a projecting portionof a click platefitted in a recessed portionof a bracketthe back side of the projecting portionand a pressing pieceof a friction platedo not abut on each other, so that only a reaction force of the click plateserves as a resistance. When the panel unitstarts turning, the projecting portionabuts on the pressing piecethrough the elastic deformation at the time when the projecting portionmoves out of the recessed portionto get onto a sliding surfaceso that a sliding resistance is obtained from the reaction forces of the click plateand the friction plateafter abutment.
