Abstract
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of atopy comprising the extract of, the fraction thereof, of the compound isolated from the same as an active ingredient. More precisely, the extract of, the fraction thereof, or the compound isolated from the same, genekwadapnin or yuanhuacine, of the present invention can increase the secretion of cytokine in Th1 immune cells and suppress atopy in the atopy mouse model, so that the extract of, the fraction thereof, or the compound isolated from the same of the present invention can be effectively used for the prevention or treatment of atopy.
