Abstract
The synthesis of nanoparticles of metals and metal oxides using plant seeds extract involves providing a solution comprising a metal ion; providing a plant seeds extract solution that comprises a reducing agent; and combining the metal ion solution and the plant extract solution while stirring at room temperature to produce metal nanoparticles. The plant extract is obtained from-seeds, and the metal ion is selected from the group consisting of silver (Ag), gold (Au) and zinc (Zn).
