Abstract
In a touch sensor panelfor inputting a position by a touch operation to a predetermined region, a plurality of drive lines DL disposed in one direction and a plurality of sense patterns SL disposed in another direction intersect each other and an electrode size of an electrode of a sense pattern (sense electrode pattern) in one direction disposed between adjacent intersections is switched between at least two electrode sizes of large and small. The configuration enables power consumption to be small while maintaining detection precision of a touched position.
