Abstract
In order to provide a display device which includes a touch panel and enable to (i) maintain flatness of a display surface, (ii) increase productivity, and (iii) reduce variations caused during the manufacturing process, provided is a display device () including: a display panel (); a touch panel () provided on an observer side of the display panel (); and a single holding frame () surrounding a side surface of each of the display panel () and the touch panel (), each of the display panel () and the touch panel () being held by the single holding frame.
