Abstract
The invention relates to a rotary-spindle syringe, comprising a rotary element () with a thread which is in threaded engagement with the driver () wherein the driver () acts on a piston () and is mounted in a translationally moveable manner relative to the latter, and the rotary-spindle syringe () discharges material upon actuation of the rotary element () as well as upon application of pressure to a hand support () of the piston () or a plunger () of the piston ().
